摘要:介绍了ATO透明导电薄膜材料的特点及三防机理,并综述了三防ATO透明导电薄膜的研制现状和应用情况。
The mechanisms of anti-static/anti-reflection/anti-radiation properties of nanometer-sized ATO transparent conductive films and their characteristics are introduced.The research and applications of ATO transparent conductive anti-static/anti-reflection/anti-radiation films are reviewed.
