摘要:气体冲击射流换热系数是喷气冷却装置设计时必需的参数。本文采用实验方法研究了多排狭缝喷嘴的冲击射流换热过程,主要考察了射流雷诺数ReS(43000The jet impingement heat transfer coefficient is an indispensable design parameter in a gas jet cooling device.An experimental investigation on multiply slot impingement heat transfer is presented.The effects of normalized nozzle pitches in the range of 6.667〈Xn/S〈26.667 and jet Reynolds numbers,ReS,varying from 43000 to 180000 on local and mean heat transfer coefficients are reported.The measured local Nusselt numbers illustrate the non-uniformity of the heat transfer between two adjacent nozzles.An increase in jet Reynolds numbers will produce higher local Nusselt numbers.It is also found that jet Reynolds number with an exponent of 0.726,and normalized nozzle pitch with an exponent of-0.247 have a strong impact on mean Nusselt number.All experimental data have been correlated within 5% as functions of jet Reynolds number,Prandtl number and normalized Xn/S number.The experiment findings are compared with Martin's correlation and more dependence on Reynolds number is observed.
