摘要:Based on ANSYS APDL, an analysis was conducted to determine the impact of autofrettage pressure, winding angle, stacking sequence, and hoop-to-helical ratio on the strength of a 210 L carbon fibre fully wound hydrogen storage cylinder. It was revealed that the maximum stress of the liner exhibited an inverse correlation with pressure intensification under zero-pressure and working-pressure conditions, with 60 MPa being identified as the optimal autofrettage pressure. Subsequent parametric studies demonstrated that mechanical performance could be enhanced through reducing the proportion of plies with larger winding angles, implementing rational stacking sequencing, and maintaining a hoop-to-helical ratio between 1.1-1.8. ?
