摘要：数字赋能老年人体育公共服务供需适配是促使其向更高水平公共服务体系迈进的重要手段。本研究立足于数字赋能老年人体育公共服务供需适配的学理构成,审视数字赋能老年人体育公共服务供需适配过程中的阻滞壁垒,发现当前我国老年人体育公共服务供需适配存在数字基建薄弱掣肘需求精准感知、数据不对称拉低需求精准聚类效能、多重因素制约需求精准测量与反馈机制不畅阻碍需求精准监测等症结。建议从扩大数字基建规模、强化需求数据收集监测、夯实多方资源要素保障、弥合老年“数字鸿沟”与完善数字平台功能等方面,层层递进、逐步落实,提升老年人体育公共服务需求精准感知、精准聚类、精准测量与精准监测效能,为进一步促进老年人体育公共服务供需双侧动态均衡适配提供理论依据与参考。
Digital empowerment for the elderly sports public service supply and demand adaptation is an important means to promote it to a higher level of public service system.Based on the theoretical structure of supply and demand adaptation of digital empowerment for the elderly sports public services, this study examines the barriers in its process and finds out the crucial reasons for the barriers such as weak digital infrastructure, which restricts demand precision perception, asymmetric data, which reduces demand precision clustering efficiency, multiple factors, which restrict accurate demand measurement and poor feedback mechanism, which hinders the accurate demand monitoring.It is suggested that we should expand the scale of digital infrastructure, strengthen the collection and monitoring of demand data, consolidate the guarantee of multiple resource elements, bridge the “digital divide” of the elderly and improve the functions of the digital platform, and gradually implement them layer by layer to improve the precision perception, precision clustering, precision measurement and precision monitoring efficiency of the elderly sports public service needs, so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for further promoting the bilateral dynamic balance of supply and demand adaptation of sports public services for the elderly.
