摘要：螺栓法兰连接的正确安装对保证法兰接头的结构完整性和连接密封性两者都具有重要意义。2010年ASME颁布了ASME PCC-1《压力边界螺栓法兰连接安装指南》修订版,以替代2000年的第一版。2010年修订版体现了螺栓法兰连接的最新研究成果和工程实践经验。主要对2010年修订版中的新增内容及其特点进行了介绍和分析。
Proper fitting for bolted flange joint has very important effect on both its integrity and its sealing performance.In 2010,ASME published a new edition of the standard PCC-1—2010 Guidelines for Pressure Boundary Bolted Flange Joint Assembly to replace its first edition published in 2000.Many new research achievements and engineering experiences in bolted joint area in the past ten years are embodied in the new edition.The highlights in the new edition of the standard are presented and discussed.
