摘要：城市产业转移在市场潜能引起的经济集聚、外商投资以及用地规模的提高下出现了日益突出的进展。而在市场潜能影响城市产业转移的过程中,优越的制度环境将有效增强两者的影响关系。本文采用285个城市层面2005—2022年的面板数据,建立空间杜宾模型、中介模型及门槛模型考察市场潜能、制度环境对城市产业转移的影响,并探讨其中的作用机制和空间溢出效应的衰减边界。研究发现:第一,城市扩大市场潜力显著推动了产业转移,其传导机制为经济集聚增强效应、外商投资扩充效应以及城市用地规模拓展效应。第二,制度环境在市场潜能与城市产业转移的影响关系中存在的门槛效应,而市场潜能在其逐步完善下更能够加快提升产业转移水平。第三,基于城市规模和自身产业转移水平发育的差异,市场潜能和制度环境也对产业转移产生差异化影响。第四,市场潜能及制度环境对城市产业转移的空间外溢效应的有效边界分别为650公里、850公里,且均具有空间溢出作用的距离衰减特征。
The transfer of urban industries has made increasingly prominent progress under the economic agglomeration caused by market potential,foreign investment,and the increase in land use scale.In the process of market potential influencing urban industrial transfer,a superior institutional environment will effectively enhance the relationship between the two.This article uses city-level panel data from 285 cities from 2005 to 2022 to establish spatial Durbin models,mediation models,and threshold models to examine the impact of market potential and institutional environment on urban industrial transfer,and explore the mechanisms and attenuation boundaries of spatial spillover effects.Research has found that firstly,expanding the market potential of cities significantly promotes industrial transfer,and its transmission mechanism includes the strengthening effect of economic agglomeration,the expansion effect of foreign investment,and the expansion effect of urban land use scale.Secondly,the institutional environment has a threshold effect on the relationship between market potential and urban industrial transfer,and market potential can accelerate the level of industrial transfer as it gradually improves.Thirdly,based on the differences in urban size and the level of industrial transfer,market potential and institutional environment also have dfferentiated impacts on industrial transfer.Fourthly,the effective boundaries of the spatial spillover effects of market potential and institutional environment on urban industrial transfer are 650 kilometers and 850 kilometers,respectively,and both exhibit distance attenuation characteristics of spatial spllover effects.
