摘要:利用自行开发的微小测温热电偶装置,对添加各种钾盐的卷烟的最高燃烧温度进行了测量,并对相应的卷烟的烟气成分进行了检测。研究发现,多种烟丝添加剂的加入都可以降低卷烟的最高燃烧温度,其中乙酸钾的效果最好,而且可以大幅度减少烟气中氰化氢、氨、苯酚、巴豆醛、NNK和一氧化碳等六种成分的释放量。另外,利用TG-DTA方法对添加钾盐的烟丝在空气气氛中的燃烧和氮气气氛中的裂解进行了研究,分析了钾盐对烟丝燃烧状态的作用机理。同时,重点讨论了钾盐的添加对降低卷烟主流烟气中CO释放量的影响机制。
A series of potassium salts were added into tobacco shred respectively and then the highest burning temperatures of the handled cigarettes were measured using a thermocouple device developed by the authors.Furthermore,the corresponding smoking components of cigarettes were also detected.The results show that the highest burning temperature of cigarettes can be reduced by the addition of various potassi-um salts into tobacco shred,among which potassium acetate works the best.It can also reduce the amount of hydrogen cyanide,ammonia,phenol,crotonaldehyde,NNK and carbon monoxide in the smoke in a large degree.In addition,with the help of TG-DTA,the burning in air atmosphere and the pyrolysis in Nz atmosphere of tobacco shreds with additives were studied,and the mechanism of additives'effect on burning state of tobacco shreds was also analysed.At the same time,more attentions were paid on the discussion about the mechanism of additives'effect on the reduction of carbon monoxide in the mainstream smoke of cigarettes.
