摘要：NOVELTY - The method involves mixing coal asphalt with a modifier. Soft asphalt is performed for obtaining purified soft asphalt. A purified soft asphalt gauge is provided with a flash part for separating a residue that is obtained in the modifier. The residue is put into a normal delay coking tower for obtaining a needle coke. Mixing distillate oil is produced in the process of the distillation at an upper part of the delayed coking tower according to the mass ratio of distillate oil. USE - Modification method for coal tar pitch needle coke side product oil. ADVANTAGE - The method enables satisfying metallurgy, chemical industry and military requirement of low carbon high grade material so as to make full use of the coal tar pitch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The modifier has a mixture solvent composed of benzene, toluene, heavy benzol, coal oil, diesel oil, glycol, propylene glycol, aromatic solvent oil, wash oil, anthracene, and hydrodearomatization solvent oil.
