摘要:由于铝基含油轴承质量轻、成本低,已成为目前含油轴承领域研究的热点之一。使用粉末冶金法制备铝铜烧结含油轴承,研究铝基中铜元素含量对性能所产生的影响。研究表明,当铝基中铜元素为7.5%时,可制备出压溃强度88.8 MPa、含油率11%,具备良好综合性能的铝铜含油轴承。
Because of light mass and low cost, the aluminum-based oiled bearing has become one of the hot research points in the field of oiled bearing. The powder metallurgy method was used to manufacture Al-Cu oiled bearing, and the effect of copper content in AI matrix on the properties was discussed. The research shows that crushing strength can reach 88.8 MPa and oil content can reach 11% when the mass percentage of copper in A1 matrix is 7.5%. Basically, the aluminum-based oiled bearing manufactured has good comprehensive properties.
