摘要:通过正交实验方法,对SiO2-B2O3-Sb2O3-ZrO2-TiO2-ZnO-R2O多元系统玻璃的组分与玻璃特征温度、膨胀系数之间的关系进行了详细的研究。结果表明:Sb2O3对玻璃的软化温度和膨胀系数影响较大。通过合理设计配方,可以得到软化温度为460℃,热膨胀系数为85×10-7K-1的釉用无铅无镉低熔点玻璃。
The relationship between thermal properties and compositions of SiO2-B2O3-Sb2O3-ZrO2- TiO2-ZnO-R2O multi-element glasses was investigated by using the perpendicular design method. Results show that Sb2O3 exerts the most important effect on dilatation softening temperature (Ti) and dilatation coefficient (α) of glasses. By optimization of the composition, lead/cadmium free glass can be obtained which possesses lower Ti, proper a and lower melting point.
