摘要:在钢包液位测量中应用Ad Hoc移动无线网络和激光测距技术,6个站点自组成一个临时性的Ad Hoc网络,一台激光测距仪用来测量钢包液位高度。各站点采用MCS-51单片机或工控机组成,可以实现对激光测量数据的实时传输、处理以及对测量点的任意控制。MAC层采用载波监听多路访问接入协议CSMA,退避算法采用非坚持算法。在DSDV和DRS协议基础上自行设计了无线自组网路由协议。编制了测量站点和激光测距仪之间的数据通讯软件。实验结果表明网络运行良好。
Laser range finding and Ad Hoc mobile wireless network techniques were used to measure the ladle liquid level in molten steel carrier. Six stations constitute a temporary Ad Hoc network. A laser range finder is used to measure the liquid level. The stations are consisted of MCS-51 MCU or industrial PC to deliver and process real-time laser measurement data and control the measurement points freely. CSMA protocol is adopted in MAC layer of the network, and the non-insist algorithm is used as back-off algorithm. The route protocol of the wireless self-organizing network was designed based on DSDV and DRS protocols. The data communication program between stations and the laser range finder was written. Experimental results show that the network operates well.
