摘要:NOVELTY - A recombinant plasmid, comprises a signal peptide of Vibrio anguillarum metal prolease, a fusion gene sequence and carrier sequence of Aeromonas hydrophila 3-alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, where the signal peptide of V. anguillarum metal prolease mediates the secretion of 3-alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase, is new. USE - The recombinant plasmid, and method are useful for preparing multi-titer active vaccine, where the multi-titer active vaccine is useful for the prevention of fish diseases caused by V. anguillarum and A. hydrophila (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The attenuated vaccine provided in the invention has notable multi-titer immunity protection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are: (1) a method for preparing the recombinant plasmid; (2) a multi-titer active vaccine obtained by transferring the recombinant plasmid to V. anguillarum attenuated strain; and (3) a method for preparing the multi-titer active vaccine, comprising: (a) constructing the recombinant plasmid; and (b) transferring the recombinant plasmid obtained in (a) to V. anguillarum attenuated strain.
