摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves calculating reactor temperature, reactor pressure and monomer amount. Amount of hydrogen is calculated by an input variable model. An output variable model is contained with a catalyst active bit number. An industrial scene is stored in a history database. Olefin polymerization process is performed to identify a position of the catalyst active bit number in a superposition manner. The catalyst active bit number is represented in a quantity distribute curve. Quantity distribute data of the Olefin polymerization process is received. USE - Method for rapidly modeling polyolefin quantity distribution at lower industrial production conditions in a non-linear dimensional industrial field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing rapid polyolefin quantity distribution modeling operation in a convenient manner with high operating stability, reducing operation cost and mechanism analyzing difficulties, improving working precision, product quality and yield strength, and realizing actual production monitoring operation in a real time manner.
