摘要：网络谣言作为舆论的一种特殊形态,并非偶然性的虚假信息流瀑,而是社会架构更迭中结构性张力的聚合与呈现。在社会学视野下,我国转型期语境下的网络谣言蕴含着“结构张力—情境诱发”的生成机理:风险社会境遇中的网络谣言,充当着个别人满足脱域性团结需求、缓释焦虑情感的工具;信息交互不畅态势下的网络谣言,扮演着实现畸形化信息突围的社会公器;利益张力格局中的网络谣言,充当着释放消极社会心态的重要出口;网络意识形态紊乱情形下的网络谣言,本质是民粹思维驱动下的极端行为展演;“文化堕距”状态下的网络谣言,是由直观化经验主义惯习勾勒的日常思维图景。消减网络谣言负面效应、维护网络意识形态安全需要从善治思维起步,搭建面向网络谣言的国家与社会治理桥梁,将国家、社会、个体间的张力结构串联为协作默契的有机系统。
As a special form of public opinion,network rumor is not an accidental flow of false information,but actually an aggregation and presentation of structural tension in the changing social structure.From the perspective of sociology,the network rumors in the context of China′s transition period actually contain the generating mechanism of"structural tension—situational induction":the network rumors in the situation of risk society constitute a tool for certain people to meet the needs of regional unity and relieve anxiety;under the situation of poor information exchange,the network rumor acts as a social tool to realize malformed information breakout;the network rumor in the pattern of interest tension acts as an important outlet to release negative social mentality;the essence of the network rumors under the condition of the disorder of network ideology is the display of extreme behavior driven by populist thinking;the network rumors under the condition of cultural lag are actually the daily thinking picture sketched by the habitus of intuitionistic empiricism.To reduce the negative effect and order of network rumors,it is urgent to start from the good governance thinking,build a bridge of governance between the state and society facing network rumors,and connect the tension structure between"the state,society and individuals"into an organic system of tacit cooperation.
