摘要:使用一种自由基型光引发剂苯基-2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰亚膦酸锂(LAP),在常温下引发由丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体的反相微乳液聚合,制得纳米级聚丙烯酰胺微球,微球具有良好的球状形貌和比较均匀的粒径分布,平均尺寸为50.2 nm。在70 000 mg/L的矿化度下,6 d的溶胀倍率为3.2倍,在60℃下,6 d的溶胀倍率为3.4倍,有着良好的耐温耐盐性能。在填砂管调驱实验中封堵率最高可达97.2%,表明微球具有良好的封堵效果,有望在实际应用中提升原油采收率。
Using a free-radical photoinitiator: lithium phenyl-2,4,6-trimethylbenzoylphosphinate(LAP),successfully initiate the inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide(AM) and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS) as monomers at room temperature, successfully prepared nano-polyacrylamide.The polyacrylamide microspheres have good spherical shape and relatively uniform particle size distribution, and the average size is 50.2 nm.Under the salinity of 70 000 mg/L,the swelling ratio for 6 d is 3.2 times, and the swelling ratio for 6 d at 60 ℃ is 3.4 times.The polyacrylamide has good temperature and salt resistance.In the sand-packing pipe control and flooding experiment, the plugging rate can reach up to 97.2%,indicating that the microspheres have a good plugging effect and are expected to improve oil recovery in practical applications.
