摘要：在工程教育认证制度蓬勃发展的时代背景下,高校青年教师提高工程实践教学能力势在必行。本文主要围绕如何提高青年教师工程实践教学能力,构建了"一个核心、三道途径、五项保障"的培养体系,并在实际工作中不断践行完善,在提升青年教师工程实践教学能力方面取得了良好成效。
Based on the background of the vigorous development of engineering education certification system,it is imperative for young teachers to improve engineering practice teaching ability.Focusing on how to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in engineering practice,this study constructs a training system of ＂one core,three ways and five guarantees＂.Through continuous effort on perfection of practical work,good results has achieved on the improvement of the teaching ability of young teachers in engineering practice.
