摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of alpha -aryl ketone compound (I), comprises reacting aldehyde compound with aromatic compound (III) in the presence of inert air, organic alkali and thiazole compound (IV). USE - Method for preparing alpha -aryl ketone compound (I) (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has low cost, utilizes easily obtained aromatic aldehyde and halohydrocarbon materials to directly synthesize alpha -aryl ketone compound with one-pot method in the presence of organic micro-molecule N-heterocyclic carbine; has simple operation and mild conduction of production; suitable for large-scale commercial production; and overcomes the use of metal as catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of alpha -aryl ketone compound of formula (I), comprises reacting aldehyde compound of formula (II) with compound of formula R1-CH2-X (III) in the presence of inert air, organic alkali and thiazole compound of formula (IV). R=H, halo, -NO2 or 2-6 (preferably 1-3)C perfluoroalkyl (preferably H, Cl, Br or trifluoro methyl); n=1-5 (preferably 1); R1=6-10C aromatic ring-group optionally substituted with halo, -NO2, -CN, and 1-6C perfluoroalkyl; R2=H or 1-6C alkyl; R3=1-6C alkyl;and Y'=halo (preferably Br or I).
