摘要:采用等温积分反应器,测试了KD306型耐硫甲烷化催化剂的本征动力学,建立了幂函数动力学模型。检验表明:模型拟合良好,残差分布合理,参数回归显著,模型能真实反映KD306型耐硫甲烷化催化剂的反应特性。
The intrinsic kinetics of KD306 type sulfur tolerant methanation catalyst was studied in an isothermal integrated reactor and the reaction model of power functions type was established. The model is tested by mathematical statistic methods and residual distribution. The results show that the kinetic model is reasonable and can describe the reaction characteristics of the catalyst.
