摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of biological glass/polyether-ether-ketone composite material comprises uniformly mixing glass powder and polyether ether ketone powder and molding. The composite material comprises 20-40 wt.% bioactive glass and 60-80 wt.% polyether ether ketone powder. The particle size of glass powder is 5-20 mu m. The grain diameter of polyether ether ketone powder is 10-20 mu m. USE - Method for preparing biological glass/polyether-ether-ketone composite material used for bone prosthesis, particularly dental implant or spinal bone prosthesis (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has biological activity and biological compatibility, capable of stimulating bone growth and accelerating bone healing, reduces bone implant material, has antibacterial property, can be adjusted to different shapes, specifications and mechanical property. The bone prosthesis will not cause inflammatory response after implantation and matches mechanical property with human bone.
