摘要:Two fluorescent probes, subsequently activated by hNQO1, LAP and FA, were rationally designed for simultaneous detection of the above three analytes. Both probes could bioimage cancer cells overexpressing hNQO1, LAP and FA. Biotin-bearing probe NP3-Bio could discriminate between cancer cells and hypoxic normal cells.
