摘要:NOVELTY - Epoxypropane is prepared from propylene epoxidation by feeding propylene from bottom of a reactor; feeding mixture of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide-methanol solution from lower part of reactor and making it flow upwards; performing organic epoxidation reaction under pressure oscillation; exhausting liquid product from upper part of rector; conveying gas product containing unreacted propylene to a condenser; exhausting the condensed propylene from a gas outlet of the condenser; and exhausting condensate containing epoxypropane and methanol from a liquid outlet of the condenser. USE - Method for preparing epoxypropane from propylene epoxidation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can achieve conversion rate of hydrogen peroxide to more than 98%, and epoxypropane selectivity of 88.6%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of epoxypropane from propylene epoxidation comprises: (A) feeding propylene from bottom of a reactor; (B) feeding mixture of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide-methanol solution from lower part of reactor and making it flow upwards; (C) performing organic epoxidation reaction under pressure oscillation; (D) exhausting liquid product from upper part of the rector; (E) conveying gas product containing unreacted propylene to a condenser via pipeline connected with top part of the rector to condense; (F) exhausting the condensed propylene from a gas outlet of the condenser; and (G) exhausting condensate containing epoxypropane and methanol from a liquid outlet of the condenser, where an electromagnetic valve connected with a timer is arranged at gas outlet of condenser and amplitude of oscillation pressure of reaction is 0.02-0.20 MPa.
