摘要：The optical properties of CdS-doped silica xerogels were studied. The results suggested that doping of CdS nanocrystals enhanced the photoluminescence of the silica xerogels. The X-ray diffraction and spectra analysis confirmed the formation of CdS nanoparticles in the silica matrix.
