摘要:应用三乙基等基氯化铵(TEBA)作相转移催化剂,2-甲基吲哚在氢氧化钾溶液和苯中反应,提取到中间体离子对证实了该离子对的存在。实验证明该反应符合Makosza提出的相转移催化机理,运用离子选择性电极,对该N-烷基化反应动力学进行跟踪,实验结果证实了作者推导的动力学方程:在55℃,反应速度常数K=2.83×10-3min-1,活化能Ea=99.5kJ/mol.
Triethylbenzyl ammonium chloride was applied as phase transfer catalyst to the Nalkylation of 2-methyl indole under the circumstance of potassium hydroxide and Benzene. The intermediate iron-pair Q+In- (Q+= (C2H5)3, In-= ) was separated and firmed. The reaction proved to conform with Makosza's phase transfer catalysis mechanism. The kinetics of the N-alkylation was tested with ion selective electrode, verifying the equation which was deduced by the author:At 55℃, the kinetic constant was K = 2. 83 ×10-3min-1, and the activation energy was Ea=99.5kJ/mol.
