摘要:The problem of prescribed performance control (PPC) of the time-delay nonlinear systems is explored in this paper. It is focused on the case where the time delay and its bound are unknown; the delay-induced nonlinearity and its bounding function are unavailable; the derivative of the time delay is not required to be less than 1; the performance guarantee holds globally. They render the existing solutions infeasible. To overcome this challenge, a robust global PPC strategy is devised in this paper, which is applicable to the feedback linearizable systems with general time delays and totally unknown dynamics. It achieves reference tracking with the predefined settling time and accuracy, for any initial condition. Moreover, the controller is free from parameter identification, function approximation or delay estimation, which shows a significant simplicity.
