摘要:为了有效监测和评估高校实验室设备能耗的动态变化和运行模式差异,通过归一化处理能耗数据,利用贝叶斯分类器和朴素贝叶斯模型监测设备动态能耗,结合K-Means算法和轮廓系数法划分设备运行模式,并采用阶梯型碳中和计算模型与熵权法综合评估能耗效应,提出一种基于碳中和导向的高校标准化实验室设计能耗效应综合评估方法。结果表明,该方法在处理高能耗数据时表现出良好的收敛性和稳定性,有效提高了能耗评估的精确度。通过综合运用和构建多元算法模型,为高校实验室提供了一种高效、智能、环保的能耗评估策略和管理工具,推动实现高校实验室精细化能源管理和可持续发展。
In order to effectively monitor and assess energy consumption effects in standardized university laboratories,this study proposed a comprehensive assessment method based on carbon neutrality orientation.In the study,energy consumption data were normalized,and Bayesian classifiers and Naive Bayes models were utilized to monitor dynamic energy consumption of equipment.The K-Means algorithm and silhouette coefficient method were combined to classify equipment operational modes.Additionally,a stepped carbon neutrality calculation model and entropy weight method were employed to comprehensively evaluate energy consumption effects.The results indicate that this method exhibits good convergence and stability in processing high-energy consumption data,effectively improves the accuracy of energy consumption assessments.Through the integrated application and construction of multiple algorithm models,an efficient,intelligent,and environmentally friendly energy consumption evaluation strategy and management tool was provided for university laboratories,which promotes refined energy management and sustainable development.
