摘要：针对夜间灯光表征经济的特征和效率研究不够全面的问题,使用中国省域夜间灯光和GDP数据进行了系统的相关性研究。用对数非线性模型从整体、地区、年度视角探索二者的统计相关性,并进行整体样本的估计,最后基于其关系特征构建了一个与初始条件相关的回归方程。研究结果表明:夜间灯光能反映中国地区经济的发展水平,并能体现全国和地区层面的大型经济事件;我国除港、澳、台以外的31个省级行政区的夜间灯光与GDP的对数非线性拟合优度达0.96以上;地理因素、制度因素对二者的相互关系有重要影响;个体效应是进行整体估计中要考虑的重要因素;夜间灯光和GDP的关系方程与初始条件有显著的相关性。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on the characteristics and efficiency of nighttime lights to characterize the economy,a systematic correlation study is carried out using nighttime lights and GDP data in China’s provinces.A logarithmic nonlinear model is used to explore the statistical correlation between the two from the perspectives of the whole,region and year,and the overall sample is estimated.Finally,a regression equation related to the initial conditions is constructed based on the relationship characteristics.The research results show that:nighttime lights can reflect the development level of China’s regional economy,and can reflect large-scale economic events at the national and regional levels;the logarithmic nonlinear fitting degree of night lights and GDP in China’s 31 provincial administrative regions except Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan reaches 0.96 or more;geographical factors and institutional factors have an important influence on the relationship between the two;individual effect is an important factor to be considered in the overall estimation;the relationship equation between nighttime lights and GDP has a significant correlation with the initial conditions.
