摘要：针对上海研发公共服务平台(SGST)网站的建设目标和建设现状,研究提高研发公共服务平台的服务效益、资源整合、子系统之间的协同机制的具体方案,提出在研发平台内使用基于知识集成的资源和服务整合以及基于知识集成Agent、任务调度Agent、知识产权控制Agent等多Agent协同机制的新思路。
This paper studies the method to improve the service, resources integrating and the cooperation system between subsystems based on the objects and actuality of the current SGST, and presents a new idea of using integration of resources and services based on knowledge integrating and system based on cooperation of multi - agents, such as knowledge integrating agent, tasks managing, control of knowledge property right and so on.
