摘要:丁二烯氯化反应生成3,4-二氯丁烯和顺式、反式1,4-二氯丁烯。精馏-异构反应过程的目的是把1,4-二氛丁烯异构并精馏为3,4-二氯丁烯。采用工艺和工程结合,开发双塔流程。把精馏-异构反应总过程分解为异构反应和精馏过程。建立简化反应动力学模型和设计型精馏塔模型。进行寻优和灵敏度分析,提出采用液相返料、低的x_s和高的循环量的操作方案。
Butadiene is reacted、with chlorine to form3,4-dichlorobutylene and 1,4-dichlorobuty-lene、where the latter can be converted to the formerbvdistillation-isomerization reaction. According to the basic prineiple of process development a two~tower system is developed. The diStillation-isomerization process can be divided into distillation process and isomerization reaction process.A simple reaction kinetics model and a distillation design model have been established.The ontimization of technological conditions and sensitivity analysis have been studied.Based on the optimization results the authors propose to adopt liquid back feed,lower、and high liquid recycle. The modeling result has been confirmed by pilot plant tests.
