摘要:壳聚糖作为一类性能优秀的吸附剂,被广泛用于水介质中重金属离子或染料等污染物的去除。基于液滴微流控技术制备得到了形貌均一的高单分散性的壳聚糖微球,然后采用阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)用于改性。通过SEM、FTIR、EDS进行表征分析,并考察了材料对Cu^(2+)的吸附性能。结果表明,由于SDS在壳聚糖表面所形成的褶皱状胶束能够提供更多的吸附位点,SDS-CS表现出优异的Cu^(2+)吸附性能。在阴阳离子之间的相互吸引以及氨基、羟基的共同捕获下,约1 500 min进入吸附平衡阶段,吸附容量达到71.2 mg/L,符合准二阶吸附动力学以及Langmuir模型。
Chitosan,as a class of highly efficient adsorbents,has been widely employed for the removal of pollutants such as heavy metal ions or dyes in aqueous media.The uniformly shaped and highly monodisperse chitosan microspheres were prepared based on droplet microfluidic technology,followed by modification with anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS).The materials were characterized through SEM,FTIR,and EDS analyses,and their adsorption performance towards Cu^(2+)was investigated.The results demonstrate that the folds formed by SDS on the surface of chitosan provide additional adsorption sites,leading to excellent Cu 2+adsorption performance of SDS-CS.The adsorption process reaches equilibrium at approximately 1500 min,with an adsorption capacity of 71.2 mg/L,attributed to the mutual attraction between anions and cations,as well as the cooperative capture of amino and hydroxyl groups.The adsorption behavior conforms to pseudo-second order kinetics model and the Langmuir model.
