摘要:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,在甲醇/水混合溶剂中,采用分散聚合法制备出微米级的甲基丙烯酸甲酯苯乙烯共聚物微球,研究了分散介质组成、单体组成、引发剂浓度、分散剂浓度、反应温度等反应条件对聚合产物粒径及粒径分布的影响。
Micron-size poly(methyl methacrylate-co-styrene) microspheres were synthesized by dispersion copolymerization in a methanol-water media using polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as a dispersant and 2,2′-azobisizobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator. The effects of methanol/water ratio, monomer feed ratio and AIBN concentration,PVP concentration, temperature on the particle size and size distribution were investigated by SEM and size analyzer.
