摘要:在研究由二步发酵法制维生素C的α-酮基-L-古龙酸发酵液除蛋白工艺过程中,重,人考察甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DM·MQ与丙烯腈共聚物的除蛋白效率。证明此结构的凝聚剂对于微生物发酵液中的蛋白质具有优良的凝聚能力,去除可溶性蛋白质达94%~95%,超过一般有机高分子阳离子凝聚剂,并确定了此共聚物结构中阳离子度70%~80%的共聚物具有最佳效果。
In research of the process to remove proteins from fermetation broth of aketoL-gulonlc acid in the production of Vitaminp C by two-step fermentation,special attention was paid on the performance of acrylonitrile-methacryloyloethyl trimethylammonium chloride(AN-DM-MC)copolymers. These copolymers have excellent ability to flocculate proteins from the fermentation broth and can remove 94%~95% of soluble proteins.In this respect DM. MC copolymers exceed the usual high molecular organic cationic flocculants. It is discussed and concluded that the copolymer having 70%~80% cationic charge density in its molecular chain is the most effective structure.
