摘要:NOVELTY - The rectification coupling device comprises a catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly (1), a film subassembly vacuumizing joint, a condenser (4), a reboiler (5), a reflux ratio adjustor (8), a vacuum pump (10), and a film subassembly hoop. The catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly serves as a rectification tower filler, a rectification coupling process, is assembled with the film subassembly vacuumizing joint through the film subassembly hoop, and is internally filled with a catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film. USE - Used as a rectification coupling device. ADVANTAGE - The rectification coupling device has simple structure, is convenient to use and economical, and exhibits less energy consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The rectification coupling device comprises a catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly (1), a film subassembly vacuumizing joint, a condenser (4), a reboiler (5), a reflux ratio adjustor (8), a vacuum pump (10), and a film subassembly hoop. The catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly serves as a rectification tower filler, a rectification coupling process, is assembled with the film subassembly vacuumizing joint through the film subassembly hoop, and is internally filled with a catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film. A gap between the catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film is sealed through epoxy resin at two ends of the film subassembly. A shell layer of the catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film forms the shell layer of the catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly. A pipe layer of the catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film forms the pipe layer of the catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly. A mixing material inlet is located at a lower end of the catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly. The catalysis and pervaporation bi-functional hollow fiber composite film is carried out by permeating, vaporizing and separating the water generated by esterification. A water steam passing through the pipe shell of the catalysis and pervaporation film subassembly is pumped by the vacuum pump.
