摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves forming a metal wall with a cooling medium through hole. A low pressure difference wall surface is formed with a discrete hole. Cooling medium heat evaporation phase changing process is performed. A pneuma/liquid film is formed with the discrete hole. The pneuma/liquid film is formed on a high temperature wall surface. Metal wall temperature-reducing protection process is performed. Equivalent diameter of the discrete hole is about 5. The discrete hole is formed as a cylindrical or non-cylindrical shaped structure. USE - Method for cooling high temperature gas contact metal wall for a fire tube waste hot boiler and a burner head. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing flow and hot transfer process, reducing temperature gradient of metal and avoiding metal wall temperature difference of hot stress material so as to solve metal wall damage problem. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a top view of a high temperature gas contact metal wall of a fire tube waste hot boiler and a burner head.
