摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves constructing a crude oil calibration set for measuring crude oil correction property. Crude oil near infrared spectrum data is collected by a reflective optical fiber probe. Spectrum data is obtained based on first-order differential. Principal component analysis process is performed for selecting a pre-processed training set sample. A specific spectrum band is selected according to crude oil properties. A mathematical association model between the crude oil properties and the near infrared spectrum data is established by using partial least squares. USE - Method for constructing a crude oil properties fast predicting model by utilizing a reflection type near infrared optical fiber probe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing complicated steps of sample pre-treatment and near infrared spectrum noise to improve quantitative analysis model precision and select a near infrared apparatus and a reflection type near infrared optical fiber probe so as to complete offline/online crude oil properties quick analyzing process in a simple manner.
