摘要：In this paper, a Master-Equation of synergetics is used to study the formation and its evolving process of enterprise technology alliance, by which the self-organization of technology alliance are presented. On the one hand, the matching of microscopic state with macroscopic one is proven. On the other hand, it is presented that the systematical self-organization evolving, which would eventually be converged in cooperative or competitive situations, will be influenced by fluctuation at the critical point. The author believes that different evolving results of technology alliance will be caused by controlling the change of frequency parameter, tendency parameter and obedient parameter, which is simulated.
