摘要：随着移动旅游和新一代信息技术的普及和发展,传统旅游服务业正在进行转型升级,为了提高旅游信息服务水平和提升游客体验感,旅游信息服务平台需要融入智慧旅游的信息技术,并深入探析旅游体验的用户需求。文章的目标是梳理智慧旅游的相关概念和旅游信息服务平台的发展现状,结合智慧旅游信息平台的发展优势,通过分析游客在出行全过程中的功能需求,发现游客旅行中服务内容和行为路径,以此为依据,建立信息服务平台的总体框架,以旅游体验服务为切入点,探析出游客在不同阶段出行的服务需求,并提出相应的服务产品。
With the popularization and development of mobile tourism and nextgeneration information technology, the traditional tourism service industry is undergoing the transformation and upgrading. In order to improve the tourism information service level and enhance the tourists＇ experience experience, the tourism information service platform needs to integrate the information technology of smart tourism and deeply analyze the user demand of tourism experience. The goal of this article is to sort out the related concepts of tourism and the development of tourism information service platform. Combining with the development advantages of the tourism information platform, by analyzing the functional requirements of tourists in the whole process of travel and discovering the service content and behavior path.Based on this, the overall framework of information service platform is set up. Taking tourism experience service as an entry point, the paper analyzes the service demand of tourists traveling in different stages and proposes the corresponding service products.
