摘要：NOVELTY - A hypochlorous acid content detecting method involves mixing hypochlorous acid recognition molecule with strong alkali solution for synthesizing, extracting the mixture with ester material product, preparing high-concentration surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy active substrate, centrifuging nano-probe, establishing characteristic peak intensity-concentration standard curve graph, carrying out qualitative analysis of surface enhanced Raman spectrum fingerprint, and comparing characteristic peak intensity-concentration standard curve graph and quantitative analysis of hypochlorous acid. USE - Method for detecting hypochlorous acid content in cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting the hypochlorous acid content with high sensitivity, small sample dosage and small water interference, in a rapid manner.
