摘要：设计人员通过移情研究能够更透彻地洞悉用户,从而为具体的设计方向寻求到合适的切入点。本研究立足于设计思维方法下的第一个步骤——移情,探讨了移情的必要性,并对设计思维方法下移情的具体步骤和方法进行了总结。此外,通过两个具体的设计案例诠释了移情的应用情况。
Through empathy study, designers are able to understand the user thoroughly. Thereby, designers could find an appropriate entry point for the specific design direction. This study is based on the first step of design thinking method： empathy. In addition to discuss the necessity of empathy, this study summarizes the concrete steps and methods of design thinking process. Through two specific design cases, this study explains the application of empathy.
