摘要:目的优化益生菌滴剂中活菌计数方法,提高检测准确性。方法将国家标准GB 4789.35-2023中的稀释液由胰蛋白胨生理盐水改良为含10%中链甘油三酯的胰蛋白胨生理盐水,对含乳杆菌类、双歧杆菌类以及乳杆菌和双歧杆菌复合菌的益生菌滴剂进行活菌计数。结果改良稀释液使益生菌滴剂完全溶解,活菌检出率均大于95%,显著高于国标稀释液的70%。结论含10%中链甘油三酯的改良稀释液更适合益生菌滴剂的活菌计数。
Objective To optimize the counting method of viable cells in probiotic drops and improve detection accuracy.Methods The dilution solution stated in the national standard GB 4789.35-2023,tryptone saline,was replaced with tryptone saline containing 10% medium-chain triglycerides(MCT).Viable bacterial counting was performed on probiotic drops containing Lactobacillus,Bifidobacteria,and mixed strains.Results The modified dilution solution completely dissolved the probiotic drops,with a viable bacterial detection rate of over 95%,significantly higher than the 70% achieved with the standard dilution solution.Conclusion The modified dilution solution containing 10%MCT is more suitable for counting viable bacteria in probiotic drops.
