摘要：脱离结构基础,就无法理解制度建构的理路。中国30年的改革开放是基于一系列的制度建构而展开的,从而实现了翻天覆地之变。然而,在大写"变"的同时是否可能忽视了对"不变"的洞察?这样的"变"与"不变"对于理解制度建构有什么意义?这些问题都需要我们在学理层面上进行研讨。
Institutional construction can only be understood within it's structural basis. The 30 years' reform and openness unfolds over a consistent institutional construction,which results in dramatic changes. Yet,we might undervalue the constancy aspects while capitalizing change aspects. This article aims to explore the significance of structural change and constancy in understanding institutional construction.
