摘要：本文阐述了信息管理在第三方物流战略联盟中的重要性,及建立信息合作模型的必要性。并结合战略联盟自身的特点,提出了基于第三方物流的企业信息合作模型——集中分布式信息合作模型。
Through analyzing the characteristics of strategic alliance of the third party logistics, this paper states the importance of information management in the third party logistics and the necessity of designing an information cooperation model. Then, according to the characteristics, puts forward a model——concentrating distributed information cooperation model.
