摘要：化学工业具有高消耗、高污染特征,建设基于产业链的一体化运行模式,是提高循环经济效果的重要手段。文章从化工区一体化模式和产业链特征,对长三角化工区的循环经济模式进行比较分析;从经济运行、资源消耗、废弃物排放、公共管理和循环特征五个方面对循环经济效果进行了实证分析;最后提出了化工区提高循环经济效果的发展措施。
The petrochemical industry is characterized by high consumption and high-pollution. Building an integrated operation model based on the industrial chain is an important measure for improving circular economical performance. This paper comparatively analyzes the circular economic operation model in Yangtze River Delta Chemical Park based on the integrated operational model and the character of industry chains, and an empirical study on the performance of circular economy is made from the perspectives of economic operation, resource consumption, waste emissions, public management and recycling features. Finally, we discuss the recommendations and strategies on the further development of circular economy.
