摘要:针对上海炼油厂润滑油糠醛精制装置塔板效率不高,精制深度和产品质量难以进一步提高的情况,将原单塔流程,改为双塔串联、溶剂分流的两段萃取新工艺。应用结果表明,新工艺可以明显提高萃取塔分离效率,装置总的萃取效率由原来的不到4个理论级提高到5个理论级,在相同操作条件下,进一步改善了精制油质量,精制油收率提高,经济效益明显。
Two stage extraction technology has been adopted in the furfural extraction unit at Shanghai Refinery of Gaoqiao Petrocheical Company to replace the original single step extraction. The application result showed that the innovation had the advantages of increasing the separation efficiency, raising the extraction theoretical trays from less than 4 to 5 and improving the refined oil yield as well as quality at same operating conditions. Thus, the economic effect was obviously increased.
