摘要:采用己二酸作催化剂,在温度90~110℃,催化剂质量分数5%的条件下,对甘油氢氯化制二氯丙醇进行动力学研究。结果表明:温度升高,正逆反应速率常数均增大,平衡常数下降;正、逆反应活化能分别为27 244.98和76 867.84 J/mol,反应级数分别为一级和三级。根据反应的浓度和温度效应,获得最优的操作曲线,为设计型和操作型计算提供了理论依据。
Reaction kinetics of synthesis of dichloropropanol from glycerol hydrochlorination and adipic acid was investigated under the conditions of 90--110℃ and the mass ratio of catalyst to reactant was 5%. The results indicated that the rate constants of both forward and reverse reaction increased and the equilibrium constant decreased with the increase of temperature ; the activation energy of forward and reverse reaction were 27 244.98 J/mol and 76 867.84 J/mol, respectively, and the the forward and reverse reactions were first-order and third-order, espectively. According to the effects of reactant concentration and reaction temperature, the optimal curve of operation was obtained to provide theoretical basis for design and operation.
