摘要:本文建立了二氧化硫氧化反应在球体、两端封闭的圆柱体及周边封闭的圆形薄片催化剂内反应组分浓度分布的二阶非线性方程,用打靶法求得内表面利用率的数值解。按照典型的工业生产条件,将上述三种形状内表面利用率的数值解进行了比较。
A second order nonlinear equation is presented for the concentration distribution of gas components in SO2 oxidation on spherical, cylindrial and tablet-shaped catalysts. The numerical solution of the utilization ratio of internal surface is given by the shooting method. The calculated results of above catalysts are compared for typical industrial operating conditions.
