摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing expandable PET resin comprises mixing raw material component, stirring uniformly, where the raw material comprises 985-995 pts. wt. recycled PET bottle sheet, 1-9 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, the chain extender consist of third functional group monomer and polyfunctional chain extending monomer, the polyfunctional chain monomer is chain monomer with 4-6 number of functional groups, uniformly mixing material, melting, extruding and pelletizing, granulating material, carrying out polycondensation. USE - The expandable PET resin is used in PET foam product (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The resin has large molecule amount, widely distributed molecular weight, high melt strength, uses economical raw material. The method is simple, shortens reaction period, and facilitates industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing expandable PET resin comprises (i) mixing raw material component, stirring uniformly, where the raw material comprises 985-995 pts. wt. recycled PET bottle sheet, 1-9 pts. wt. chain extender, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, the chain extender consist of third functional group monomer and polyfunctional chain extending monomer according to mass ratio of 1:3-5:1, the polyfunctional chain monomer is chain monomer with 4-6 number of functional groups, (ii) taking step (i) material, uniformly mixing, melting, extruding and pelletizing, and (iii) granulating step (ii) obtained material at 210-230 degrees C, 5-100 Pa phase polycondensation for 1-5 hours, to obtain foaming PET resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the expandable PET resin.
