摘要:卧式塔是一种新型氨合成塔。本文建立了卧式氨合成塔的一维非均相数学模型,引入了内扩散效率因子,考虑了气体主体和催化剂外表面之间的传递。求得了日产千吨氨的卧式氨合成塔床层温度、氨浓度随床层高度的变化。讨论了床层进口温度、压力、惰性气体含量、入塔气量。
Horizontal converter is a new type of ammonia synthesis converter. A onedimensional heterogeneous phase mathematical model of the converter has been presented, which describes the distributions of gaseous compositions and temperature along with the height of the converter. Efficiency factor of diffusivity in the catalyst has also been introduced and the transfer between the gas bulk and the catalyst surface has been considered in the model. The effect of variation of operating parameters such as feed temperature, pressure, inert level, feed rate and hydrogen to nitrogen ratio on conversion have been discussed.
