摘要:NOVELTY - Separation process for reducing ethylene loss and energy consumption of demethanizing column comprises: (a) condensing the compressed pyrolysis gas, sending the condensed gas-liquid mixture to the gas-liquid flashing tank to separate the gas and the liquid; (b) sending the liquid phase as feed material to the demethanizing column; washing the gas phase to separate methane, hydrogen and ethylene; and (c) using the gas phase, using hydrogen after being washed as fuel directly sent to the fuel gas system, and using the washed liquid phase recycled ethane and recycled propane absorbing ethylene. USE - The separation process is useful for reducing ethylene loss and energy consumption of demethanizing column (claimed). ADVANTAGE - In utilizing the separation process, the uncondensed ethylene is recovered by absorbing, and the cold energy obtained by high pressure recycling ethane and throttling expanding propane achieves pre-separation of part of hydrogen-methane and ethylene. Moreover, the process effectively reduces load of demethanization and separation energy-consumption. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Separation process for reducing ethylene loss and energy consumption of demethanizing column comprises: (a) condensing the compressed pyrolysis gas, sending the condensed gas-liquid mixture to the gas-liquid flashing tank to separate the gas and the liquid; (b) sending the liquid phase as feed material to the demethanizing column; washing the gas phase by recycled ethane and recycled propane mixture to separate methane, hydrogen and ethylene; and (c) using the gas phase with main components as methane, using hydrogen after being washed as fuel directly sent to the fuel gas system, and using the washed liquid phase recycled ethane and recycled propane absorbing ethylene as another liquid phase feed material as the demethanizing column.
