摘要:利用高压搅拌反应釜,基于气体等容吸收降压原理,在合成气制二甲醚的反应条件范围内,测定了CO、CO2、H2、N2在含有细颗粒固体催化剂的液体石蜡油中的溶解度。实验结果表明,气体的溶解度是温度与气体分压的函数,回归了溶解度与温度、压力的关联式,为工业反应器设计提供了基础数据。
The solubility of CO, CO2, H2 and N2 was measured at the reactive condition of dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas in the stirring vessel The solvent included the catalyst of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration Experiments were carried out based on the theory of isopyknic gas absorption The data showed that the solubility of the gases was the functions of temperature and partial pressure The experimental formula of solubility, temperature and pressure was evaluated These were the essential data for the industrialization of the slurry reactor
