摘要:利用高压搅拌反应釜,基于气体等容吸收降压原理,在合成气制二甲醚的反应条件范围内,测定了CO、CO2、H2、N2在含有细颗粒固体催化剂的液体石蜡油中的溶解度。实验结果表明,气体的溶解度是温度与气体分压的函数,回归了溶解度与温度、压力的关联式,为工业反应器设计提供了基础数据。
The solubility of CO, CO2, H2 and N2 was measured at the reactive condition of dimethyl ether synthesis from syngas in the stirring vessel The solvent included the catalyst of methanol synthesis and methanol dehydration Experiments were carried out based on the theory of isopyknic gas absorption The data showed that the solubility of the gases was the functions of temperature and partial pressure The experimental formula of solubility, temperature and pressure was evaluated These were the essential data for the industrialization of the slurry reactor
