摘要：NOVELTY - A device for quickly synthesizing cadmium selenide quantum dot comprises cadmium (Cd) precursor injector (1) and selenium (Se) precursor injector (2) which are interconnected through Y tee, and polyfluortetraethylene connecting pipe which is connected with Y tee, convection micro mixer (4), curved micro channel (5) provided with polyfluortetraethylene capillary that is alternately wound along radial direction of two parallel stainless steel pipes and liquid collector (8) in turn. USE - Device for quickly synthesizing cadmium selenide quantum dot. ADVANTAGE - The device improves uniformity of retention and concentration distribution by mixing continuous transitional strengthened fluid along axial and radial directions of geometry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A device for quickly synthesizing cadmium selenide quantum dot comprises cadmium (Cd) precursor injector (1) and selenium (Se) precursor injector (2) which are interconnected through Y tee, and polyfluortetraethylene connecting pipe which is connected with Y tee, convection micro mixer (4), curved micro channel (5) provided with polyfluortetraethylene capillary that is alternately wound along radial direction of two parallel stainless steel pipes and liquid collector (8) in turn. The two ends of polyfluortetraethylene capillary are connected with polyfluortetraethylene connecting pipe. The external diameter of polyfluortetraethylene capillary is the same as that of stainless steel pipe. The curved micro channel is displaced in constant temperature oil bath. The internal diameter of polyfluortetraethylene capillary is 300-700 mu m. The internal diameters of two stainless steel pipes are 700-1100 mu m. The polyfluortetraethylene connecting pipe and polyfluortetraethylene capillary are interference cooperated with each other. The length of polyfluortetraethylene capillary in constant temperature oil bath is 10-200 cm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of quickly synthesizing cadmium selenide quantum dot.
